Sure! We have a spacious luggage room in each of our hotels where you can store your things when you arrive and depart.

Unfortunately, we do not have our own parking spaces for buses and therefore cannot guarantee parking. However, at aletto Hotel Kudamm there is the possibility to park buses on Hardenbergstraße and at Hardenbergplatz, subject to availability. For further information, please contact our reception. It is best to call in advance and ask.

About two weeks before you arrive we will inform you about the room allocation, so you will be informed early enough. Please understand that the planned allocation can change due to short-term and unforeseeable incidents. But don't worry: Even then we will find a solution that everyone will be happy with!

Our balanced all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is open from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. during the week and from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on weekends and public holidays. Grab another coffee from “We Proudly Serve Starbucks (R)” and you're in for the right start to the day. Buon appetito!

Lunch and dinner can be booked for organizational reasons only for groups of 25 people or more - scusa. In such a case, please order the meals at least 14 days in advance and inform us about special preparations (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal) one week before arrival. Our packed lunches, which can be booked on request, will provide you with enough energy during your city trip. At aletto Potsdamer Platz our acucina Italiana is open for our guests on Fridays and Saturdays and serves Italian classics like pizza, pasta & antipasti.

No one should go hungry at aletto! Whether it's vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or halal that you need - specific requests can be accommodated. Just get in touch with us!

The lunch package consists of a sandwich, a piece of fruit, a candy bar, and a drink - the perfect snack for in between!

We kindly ask you to discuss all points regarding additional catering with us no later than 2 weeks before arrival.

Dinner is available for guests between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. You are welcome to let us know your preferred times in advance.

The hotel bars of the aletto Kudamm and the aletto Potsdamer Platz try to fulfill your wishes. However, fancy drinks like cocktails can only be prepared as long as the bartenders are in the house (from 4 pm to 10 pm).

High-speed WiFi is available in the rooms and in all public areas - free of charge, of course.

Safety first per favore! All public areas at the hotels are under video surveillance. Night porters are also available as contact persons at night and our reception is staffed 24/7.

Our family and multi-bed rooms can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Si! We won't send you to sleep without bedding. The same goes for towels in the single and double rooms. In the multi-bed rooms you should bring your own towels, but you can also rent them for 4,00€ per set.

At aletto Hotel Kudamm, you will find many board games from our partner Schmidt Games (R) and various sports equipment such as table tennis balls, soccer and basketballs or a boules set. The aletto Hotel Potsdamer Platz offers an XXL kicker and various Schmidt-Spiele (R) board games. For a small deposit, you can use everything free of charge.

Our hotels have different rooms that can be booked as locations for various events. Detailed information about the rooms can be found on the meeting pages of aletto Kudamm and aletto Potsdamer Platz .

aletto is barrier-free — bravo! “Travel for all” has successfully tested and certified us for accessibility. In addition to general accessibility, several rooms have been designed barrier-free. From 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. there is a night silence and we ask you to respect this out of consideration for other travelers. In the bar and lounge area, of course, you can still stay around the clock and talk to others.

No problemo! Our hotels are open 24 hours a day and the reception area is always staffed. Your key cards for the rooms allow you to re-enter the hotels at any time.

Since January 1, 2025, a city tax of 7.5% has been levied on the overnight price in Berlin. School and class trips that are approved by the school management and comply with the implementing regulations of the Senate Department for Education, Youth and Science for school events (proof from the school is required for this).

Only cashless payments are possible in our hotels. You can easily pay with Apple & GooglePay, Paypal, EC cards, Amex & Maestro, Visa and Mastercard / Eurocard. When booking, check the payment methods in the reservation conditions and contact the friendly staff at our reception if you have any questions.

Groups must pay the total amount of the trip four weeks before arrival. A deposit of 10% is due upon booking. You can request group invoices from us at gr@aletto.com.
