From aletto Hotel Kudamm it takes about 10 minutes by taxi to get to the ICC exhibition center. By public transport it takes about 15 minutes. If you use public transport from aletto Potsdamer Platz, it will take you about 20 minutes - by taxi about 15 minutes.
Sure! Each of our hotels has a spacious luggage room where you can store your things upon arrival.
Scusa - both hotels do not have their own parking spaces, but in the immediate vicinity there are parking garages where you can leave your car for a fee. Ask at the reception for tips and check the download documents for directions!

Our catering ranges from small snacks to cold dishes such as sandwiches and hot dishes. We will be happy to provide you with a detailed list of all dishes and drinks on request. Feel free to write an email to events@aletto.de.

High-speed WiFi is available in the rooms and in all public areas - free of charge, of course.
The hotel bars of the aletto Kudamm and the aletto Potsdamer Platz try to fulfill your wishes. However, fancy drinks like cocktails can only be prepared as long as the bartenders are in the house (from 4 pm to 10 pm).
No, we do not offer that. However, the smart TVs in the rooms do have an alarm function.
All conference/meeting rooms are equipped with general technical equipment. If this is not sufficient, you can choose from a wide range of additional equipment. You can find an overview of all equipment here.

aletto is barrier-free — bravo! “Travel for all” has successfully tested and certified us for accessibility. In addition to general accessibility, several rooms have been designed barrier-free. Depending on the event, rooms can be combined or the entire public area of approx. 850 m2 can be booked. For more detailed information, please send your specific request to events@aletto.de.
The functional multi-lane system in the hotel allows flexible design options. Since the rails are electrified, lighting, for example, can be installed in addition to shelves and clothes rails. With the additional option of combining several spaces, there is (almost) no limit to your creativity.
Yes, the accommodation costs can be paid for with a valid company credit card or an advance transfer by your company in good time.
aletto Potsdamer Platz offers you five rooms with different features and with areas ranging from 24 m2 to 190 m2.

Only cashless payments are possible in our hotels. You can easily pay with Apple & GooglePay, Paypal, EC cards, Amex & Maestro, Visa and Mastercard / Eurocard. When booking, check the payment methods in the reservation conditions and contact the friendly staff at our reception if you have any questions.
Yes, the public areas have several screens that can be used to display your content. The smart TVs in the rooms are also available as digital advertising space.

Of course! Appropriate rooms for your team or guests who have traveled far can be reserved, depending on availability.
