Education requirements:

• You have a qualified school leaving certificate
• Great interest in the service industry - you enjoy being there for guests and meeting their wishes
• Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
• You have very good German and English skills
• You are well organized, always think positively and can deal with stress
• You are curious, want to learn a lot and are ready to work even when others have time off
• Your open, friendly and communicative nature helps you adapt quickly to new situations
• You enjoy working in a team, but you also show how independent and reliable you are

Training content:

• Welcoming, advising and mentoring international guests
• Handling and responsibility with means of payment
• General office organization
• Prepare and check guest rooms
• Preparation, preparation and presentation of meals
• Conduct sales calls and create offers
• Complaint behavior
• Assistance in planning and carrying out events
• Develop, implement and control marketing measures
• Conducting guest correspondence, inventory management

During your 3-year training, you will work through the following areas: kitchen, house keeping, service/banquet, bar, reception and administration (reservation, revenue, sales & marketing).
